Big Joe has been…..very sad news …..my poor air con had died…..
Wonder if I can work with this new super improved model…..
Happy Wednesday, take care, keep safe…
some are getting a cool change on Fri or Sat but there is no reprive in sight for us Peg.........hope he can install a new one ASAP......atleast it's not mid 40's........
Oh Peg, I love it...not sure if it will work though ....lol
You are too funny!
I hope Big Joe can come up with a better solution. Lots of us will be feeling like that bear this week. Keep cool.
Oh no Big Joe is not the miracle worker we had hoped he would be. Better get on the phone to our other man Harvey and see if he can get one installed ASAP and tell them you have swaps to finish and you simply can't work under those conditions lol. K xx
A very temporary fix!
It's amazing to look at some human ideas…. when we are in need, everything works !!Florence
Hope the air cooler is replaced soon.Take the bears advice.
oh no Peg what a bad time for it to go,lol i dont like the chances of the fan keeping you cool, lol.xx
Hope you can get it fixed soon. No fun sewing when it is hot.
LOL .. I hope the fan doesn't blow up!How did our ancestors survive.. out west .. with no air con? Mind you .. how did WE survive our childhood without it?…Just keep freezing those ice blocks Peg!!Xx
Oh no Peg. Hope it helps.
Oh looks interesting, very inventive, hope it helps. No fun in this heat without some relief from it.
That is a very technical solution, Peg.
hope it cools off for you soon Peg...
This is not the time for the aircon to die!!!Good luck!
At least you are trying to stay cool!!!!
oh my goodness... in the wee hours whenI was awake they were discussing this on the radio.... apparently they used to hang wet sheets over the doors/windows... so you have the right idea... it does look funny though... my very best trick is a wet hand towel round the neck...Hugz
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment, I do enjoy reading them all...take care, keep safe, happy quilting .. Peg
